Now there take place active assembly process of new BelAZ-75306 at the industrial site of the motor depot. Five powerful 220-ton vehicles were purchased within the investment program of 2021.
The current vehicles were delivered to the facility in the components form to allow heavy-duty dump trucks to transport the rock mass - they are being assembled right now. The assembly is carried out jointly by BelAZ-technician organization and repair staff of the repair and mechanical workshops of JSC Mezhdurechye’s motor transport department. The complete assembly period of one BelAZ takes 13 days.
Now there has been completed the vehicle with 1506 chassis number and it is ready to be operated. The current BelAz crew consists of Konstantin Bezlutsky, Vasily Babakin, Evgeny Dulich. They are happy to work with this new equipment.
The remaining four vehicles BelAZ-75306 will be assembled during April, according to the plan. Sergei Golubtsov, JSC Mezhdurechye’s transport department head notes:

Aleksey Yakovenko, Chief Executive Officer of the Energy and Mechanical Directorate, notes that they are waiting for a new modern Liebherr 9200 excavator soon.
This is a diesel, hydraulic, mobile excavator weighing 208 tons.
It is equipped with a backhoe. The bucket volume is 12 m3. It is similar to the CAT 5130B excavator in terms of its technical characteristics, which has been operating at «Mezhdurechensky» open pit since 2002. It is worth noting that it is a reliable, well-proven quarrying technique.
The company is sure that new Liebherr 9200 excavator quality is perfect and they will benefit from it. It will be delivered to the open pit in the last days of March. Then it will be assembled within two weeks jointly by Liebherr specialists and excavator drivers team, according to the plan. The excavator commissioning is scheduled for the second decade of April.
Besides it is worth noting that one more modern, high-performance Hitachi EX 2600 excavator is expected to be delivered to JSC Mezhdurechye in May 2021.
